New Delhi, November 17, 2020: The Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), IndusLaw, Algo Legal act on Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Industries' retail arm Reliance Retail Ventures has acquired majority stake in online furniture retailer Urban Ladder for $24.4 million (182 Crore).

According to reports, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Reliance Retail Ventures and the team was led by Partner Aishwarya K along with Surbhi Ajitsaria.

IndusLaw advised the Urban Ladder and the team was led by Partner Anindya Ghosh along with Principal Associate Aakash Dasgupta and Associate Jaidrath Zaveri.

The existing investors of the Company were represented by Algo Legal team consisting of Ankit Guha, Lalu John Philip, Utsav Gandhi, and Srushti Shanbhag.
